Vladivostok International Airport won the “Air Gates of Russia” award
The results of the experts’ and passengers’ vote were summarized on February 06 in the high-profile award ceremony of the national award “Air Gates of Russia” held in Moscow as a part of the business program of the National Airport Infrastructure Show NAIS-2019.
The airline was assessed on the basis of criteria reflecting the work of airport terminals and services, quality of passengers and air carriers handling, operational performance, transport (aviation) security, non-aviation revenues of airport, environmental and social responsibility.
The air harbour of Primorye Vladivostok Airport has gained the All-Russian recognition and the main industry award for 4 straight years. Last year, the air hub became the winner of the second award in the nomination “Best Airport-2017” (in the category up to 4 mln passengers per year).
It is worth reminding that the “Air Gates of Russia” award was established by the organizing committee of NAIS, Federal Agency for Air Transport and industry-based web-portal AVIA.RU. This event is organized for the purpose of creating positive image of the airports and their business reputation in the society, as well as the identification and promotion of the most effectively and consistently developing airports in the Russian Federation.
