The information about Runway #1 at Vladivostok’s airport

The amendment to the International Aeronautical Information will be taken an effect at 00:00 UTC (11:00 AM of Local time) on the 30th of June 2011. This amendment will contain data about take-off, landing and approach to Vladivostok (Knevichi) schemes. Official publication of this information will allow international aircrafts to provide take-off and landing operations on the reconstructed runway.
— New schemes of taking-off, landing and approach operations were developed by AIS department because of commissioning of Runway #1 at Vladivostok (Knevichi) and because new coordinate system (PZ-90.2) was accepted at Vladivostok Airfield — said Igor Klimov, main navigating officer of J.S.C. «VIA» — This information should be agreed and certified by Russian and international aviation authorities, officially published and written into an international database of aeronautical data to make it usable for foreign crew. Before this moment all of international aircrafts were providing their take-off and landing operations on Runway #2.
We are waiting Korean Airlines Boeing — 737 from Soul to be the first international aircraft which will provide its landing operation on the Runway #1.
We want to remind you that first tech flight from the Runway #1 was made on the 11th of April,2011 and take-off/landing operation were started from the 15th of April,2011. Under the reconstruction process the Runway #1 was lengthen to 3 500 meters, the wideness of this runway is about 60 meters. Worlds-class materials and technologies, including Lighting and meteorological equipment, were used during its construction process. The new runway has II ICAO class and is able to receive all of the aircrafts types without any restrictions.
